The bread is then toasted until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy. Chilli cheese toast is a simple, tasty, and quick snack that can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to a meal. The dish is loved for its blend of salty, spicy, and savory flavors and its satisfying crunchy texture.
Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
Wash and finely chop green chillies, all bell peppers, onion and coriander leaves.
Take out butter from the fridge, so that it will come on room temperature.
Cooking
Take a Mixing Bowl and add chopped green chillies, chopped onion, garlic, all bell pepper, salt, black pepper powder, oregano, chopped coriander leaves and processed cheese. Mix everything properly until the mixture is smooth.
Now, heat a Pan or Tawa and toast the bread slices from one side properly with butter.
Then, remove them from the Tawa or Pan and apply the prepared cheese mixture on the toasted side.
Place back the bread slices in the Pan from the non- toasted side and cover the Pan with the lid.
Let it cook over low heat for few minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Remove from the Pan and cut in triangles or any desired shape.
