Potato Bites Recipe
Potato bites are small, bite-sized pieces of potato that are coated in a flavorful breading mixture and then fried until crispy and golden brown. They make the perfect snack or appetizer and can be customized to suit any taste or occasion.

Instructions
Preparation
Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
Boil, peel and mash 4 potatoes.
Grate ginger and garlic, if using fresh.
Cooking
Take a Mixing Bowl and add boiled potatoes in it.
Then, add ginger garlic paste, cheddar cheese, dried oregano, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder and red chili paste.
Mix everything very well.
Take 1 tbsp mixture in your hands and form into small square shape. Repeat the process for all mixture.
Add all purpose flour, water in a bowl and make thin slurry.
Take semolina/suji in another bowl.
Dip one potato bite in slurry and coat with semolina properly.
Shallow fry in hot oil over medium to high heat from both sides. Alternatively, deep fry in hot oil.
It would take 7-8 minutes to get potato bites golden brown & crisp.
Serve hot with chutney or sauce & enjoy!

Notes & Tips
Adjust salt and spices as per your taste preference. You can also use chopped green chilies to make potato bites spicier.
Use any vegetable oil for frying. I have used canola oil.
Use your favorite seasoning in place of oregano like dried basil leaves or dried parsley leaves.
You can choose mozzarella cheese also in place of cheddar cheese.
