Apple halwa is a sweet and aromatic dessert made with grated apples, sugar, ghee, and nuts. The mixture is cooked until it thickens and gets a halwa-like consistency. The dish is often served as a festive dessert or as a special treat.
Apples for the recipe: Try not to choose sour apples for the recipe. I used pink lady apples.
Sugar: In place of white sugar, can add brown sugar or sugar free. Adjust sweetness as per your taste preference.
Adding Cinnamon Powder: I can not make my apple recipes without cinnamon powder so I have to add it here. Cinnamon gives rustic flavor to the halwa which enhances the overall taste of the dish.
Quantity: Please scale the recipe as per your requirement.
