An Indian Veg Burger is a mélange of flavorful vegetables moulded into a patty, seasoned with Indian spices, and nestled between two toasted buns. It’s a gastronomic symphony, with each bite offering a harmonious blend of spicy, tangy, and savory notes. Unlike the standard burger, the Indian veggie burger radiates a unique blend of traditional flavors, courtesy of spices like chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste, and the freshness of coriander.

Instructions
Preparation
Veggie Patty: Start by preparing the veggie patty mixture. Combine the boiled potatoes, mixed vegetables, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix everything together until it's uniformly combined.
Add the bread crumbs to this mixture for binding. Mix well.
Form this mixture into 4 even patties. If you find the mixture too wet, you can add more bread crumbs.
Cooking
Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a touch of oil or butter.
Roll the patties in cornstarch to give them a crisp exterior. Dust off the excess.
Place the patties onto the hot skillet and cook until they're golden brown and crisp on both sides. This should take about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Slice the burger buns in half and lightly butter them.
On the same skillet, roast the buns until they're slightly crisp and have a golden-brown hue.
Once everything is ready, it's time to assemble. On the base of the bun, spread some tomato ketchup, place a lettuce leaf followed by the veggie patty. Add a cheese slice (if using), followed by slices of onion, tomato, and cucumber.
Place the other half of the bun on top. Your veg burger is ready to be served!
