Dalgona Coffee is a whipped coffee that is made from instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. The ingredients are combined in a mixing bowl and then whipped to a light and fluffy consistency. This mixture is then spooned on top of a glass of cold milk to create a stunning and flavorful coffee drink. The texture of the whipped coffee is similar to that of a rich and creamy mousse, and the flavor is a perfect blend of sweet and bitter, with notes of caramel and chocolate.
Sugar: You can increase or decrease sugar quantity as per your taste. You should use granulated sugar, but can also use white sugar, brown sugar, raw sugar, coconut sugar.
Storage: You can store this whipped coffee in fridge in an air tight container.
Milk: You can add hot milk also to make hot cappuccino.
If don’t have Mixer? You can use a Whisk or a Fork. However I don’t recommend a Fork or a Spoon because they will take so long and your arms will definitely be tired!
