Watermelon Basil Seeds Drink is a refreshing, hydrating and healthy beverage that can be easily prepared in minutes. This drink is made by blending juicy watermelon, basil seeds, lime juice, and sugar (optional) together to create a smooth and creamy drink. The basil seeds are soaked in water for about 10-15 minutes, after which they become soft and add a unique crunch to the drink. The lime juice adds a tangy and citrusy flavor to the drink, which balances out the sweetness of the watermelon.
Watermelon: Ensure that you use a ripe and sweet watermelon to make the juice.
Store Watermelon Juice: It is best to drink Watermelon Juice immediately but can be refrigerate for half an hour to one hour. You could also freeze leftover juice in popsicles and enjoy refreshing treat later.
Adding Sugar: If watermelon is not too sweet then you could add some sugar to make it sweet. But I suggest not to use any sugar or sweetener and enjoy Juice as it is.
Straining the Juice: Optionally, you can also strain juice through a Strainer after blending it.
