Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
Grind oats into a fine powder. Same with flaxseeds, in case you do not have powder.
Mash bananas. Choose over ripe bananas here.
Cooking
Pre-heat Oven to 375° F or 190° C for10 minutes and prepare the Muffin Tray by with muffin liners and lightly butter it.
Sieve whole wheat flour, brown sugar, ground oats, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a Mixing Bowl.
Using a Spatula, mix well until everything incorporated well.
Now, add milk, flax seeds powder, mashed bananas, honey, vanilla extract and oil in another Mixing Bowl and also chocolate chips. Mix them well with a Hand Mixer or a Whisk.
Now add flour mixture in to it and mix well with cut and fold technique.
Now fill your muffin moulds with the batter.
Bake into pre-heated Oven for 20-25 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick or wooden stick in the center, if it comes out clean, Muffins are ready.
Remove it from the Oven and let it cool in the Muffins Tray for 5 minutes.
Add ons: Feel free to add your favorite dry fruits as well in Muffins.
Sweetness: Adjust sweetness as per your preferences.
Choosing Oil: Add any neutral tasting oil. I have used olive oil.
