Pakora is a popular Indian snack that is made by deep frying a batter made from gram flour (besan), spices, and vegetables. In the Air Fryer version, the Pakoras are made by coating the ingredients in a spiced batter and air frying them until they are golden brown and crispy. The result is a healthier version of the traditional recipe, with less oil and fewer calories.
Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
Rinse, peel and thinly sliced onion and potatoes.
Take sliced onion, potatoes in a big bowl and add 1 tsp salt in it. Mix well.
Let it rest for 20 mins. Onion will release its water. After 20 mins, drain off the water. This step helps in making crispier pakoras. So, try not to avoid this step.

Line Parchment Paper in an Air fryer and place 1 tbsp pakora mixture in the Air Fryer basket at some distance from each other.
Air Fry at 180°C for 10 mins. Remove Parchment Paper after 10 mins, as pakoras hold the shape and flip over Pakoras to the other side.
