Nutrition – Pakora in Air Fryer

Air Fryer Pakoras are a healthier version of the traditional deep-fried snack. By air frying instead of deep-frying, you can significantly reduce the amount of oil and calories in the recipe. Gram flour (besan) is a good source of protein and dietary fiber, and the vegetables used in the recipe provide essential vitamins and minerals. However, the amount of oil and salt used in the recipe can affect the overall nutritional value, so it’s best to use them in moderation.
