Oil: You may use less oil but the okra will become too hard and will also have a very dry feel while eating. It will be crunchy but too dry, using 2 tablespoon oil will keep it crispy and also will match the taste of deep fried okra!
Spiciness: You can adjust the flavor as per your taste by adding or reducing red chilli powder.
Oil: You can use any neutral tasting oil. Some options are sunflower oil, canola oil or olive oil.
Okras: Always rinse the okra first, wipe them dry and then chop them, so that they will not turn slimy and sticky.
Don’t have Air Fryer? You can deep fry okras in hot oil in case you don’t have an Air Fryer.
