Chicken Korma is a traditional Indian dish that originated from the Mughal era. It is a mild, creamy, and aromatic curry that is made with tender chicken pieces simmered in a sauce made from a blend of spices, yogurt, and cream. The spices used in this dish are carefully chosen to create a delicate balance of flavors that is both rich and satisfying. The combination of spices, cream, and yogurt gives Chicken Korma its signature texture, making it a perfect dish for any meal. Whether it is served with steamed rice, naan, or roti, Chicken Korma is a dish that is loved by people of all ages.

Chicken: You can choose chicken thighs or chicken legs as well in place of chicken breasts for this recipe.
Oil: You can choose any neutral tasting oil.
Spices: You can always adjust spices and salt as per your taste buds.
Ginger & Garlic: If you don't have fresh ginger and garlic, can opt for readymade ginger garlic paste.
Tomatoes: In place of fresh tomatoes, can also use readymade tomato puree. However, I recommend to use fresh tomatoes for better taste.
Garam Masala: Choose homemade or readymade whatever is available. Homemade masala is stronger than readymade so, use accordingly.
