Nimbu Pani is a simple and easy-to-make drink made with just a few basic ingredients. It consists of fresh lemons, sugar, and water. The lemon is squeezed to extract its juice, which is then mixed with sugar and water. The mixture is then chilled and served over ice, making it a perfect thirst-quenching drink on a hot day.
Salt: You could use normal salt or edible rock salt in place of black salt, in case not available.
Sugar: Adjust sugar according to your taste buds or you can completely avoid it. Add honey or jaggery in place of sugar for healthier option.
Water: You could also use chilled water in place of normal water and avoid adding ice cubes.
More Add on Spices: You could also add black pepper powder or chaat masala in Nimbu Pani. However, I like to keep things simple.
