Ingredients
  

  • 2 lemon
  • 5 cups water
  • ¼ tsp black salt / rock salt
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 8 ice cubes
  • mint leaves

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash mint leaves.
  • Dry roast cumin on Tawa and grind it in case if you do not have roasted cumin powder.
  • Wash and cut lemons into halves and remove seeds from lemons.

Method

  • Take water in a Jar and squeeze juice from the lemons in the water.
  • Next, add sugar and dissolve it completely.
  • Now, add black salt and roasted cumin powder.
  • Mix thoroughly and check the taste of sugar and salt. Add accordingly.
  • Add fresh mint leaves and ice cubes to the jar.
  • Serve chilled Nimbu Pani.
