Choice of dry fruits: You can add more dry fuits like cashews or raisins, if desired.
Condensed milk: It gives thickness and creamy texture to the Kheer and also the required sweetness. If you do not like, could skip adding it and instead add 4 tbsp of sugar here.
Cardamom powder: If you don't have cardamom powder, then simply grind cardamom pods in a Grinder and add accordingly.
