  • 1 lb Chicken Breast / boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp Fennel (Saunf)  
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro for garnish

Pre-Cooking Prep Steps

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and set them aside.
  • Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
  • Chop the tomatoes and set them aside.
