Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Tofu firm, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds / rai
  • 2 Onions sliced
  • 2 garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 capsicum / bell peppers sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 Carrot sliced
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking Preparation:

  • Drain the tofu and pat it dry with a paper towel. Cut it into cubes and set aside.
