Ingredients
  

  • ½ cabbage chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic peeled & chopped
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 green chillies chopped
  • pinch black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash ½ cabbage head and chop into smaller pieces. Then, mince in an electric chopper.
  • Finely chop onion, garlic and green chili.

Cooking

  • Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium flame. Then, add minced cabbage in the pan.

  • Cook for 5 mins over medium heat then, add 1 tsp salt or as required.
  • Cover with the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes till cabbage cooked properly. Do not lose the crunch of the cabbage.
  • Transfer in another bowl.
  • Now, add 1 tbsp olive oil in same pan over medium flame.
  • Add 3 chopped garlic cloves and saute till raw aroma goes away.
  • Add 1 chopped onion and saute for few minutes till onions turn golden brown.
  • Add 1 chopped green chili and cooked cabbage in pan.
