  • 500 g pumpkin kaddu, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera) jeera
  • Asafoetida / hing hing

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder haldi
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder dhania
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro chopped

  • Peeling and Cubing the Pumpkin: Begin by thoroughly washing the pumpkin. Carefully peel off the outer skin using a sharp knife or peeler.
