Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 3 tsp butter, salted
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 slices cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp green sauce chutney
  • 11/2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ cabbage
  • ½ capsicum / bell peppers
  • 1 Onions
  • ½ Carrot

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients to avoid last minute rush.
  • Chop all vegetables in thin slices.
  • Take a thin rolling pin to flatten the bread pieces.

Cooking

  • Take bread slices and trim of the sides. You can use the sides later to make bread crumbs.
  • Now, flatten the bread slices with the help of a rolling pin. With butter, press and seal bread slices together.
  • Now spread butter over the bread slices.
  • Prepare a sauce by taking ¼ cup mayonnaise and green sauce.
  • Mix well to make a thick paste. Now, spread 1 tbsp of prepared sauce over the prepared bread.
  • Top with capsicum, place cheese slices and sprinkle black pepper powder.
  • Now, top with shredded cabbage and carrot. Garnish with tomato sauce and salt as per your taste.
  • Roll tightly to make sure all the layers are intact. Now wrap Pinwheel veggie Sandwich in cling wrap tightly or use aluminium foil.
