Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp black tea
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 inch ginger

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Grate ginger in a small bowl.

Cooking

  • Heat water in a Saucepan on medium heat and add grated ginger in it. Let it simmer for 2 minutes so that ginger will release its flavor in the water.
  • Now add tea powder and sugar in the pan. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 more minutes on medium flame.
  • Now, pour milk as per your preference, how strong you like your tea. Simmer for 2 to 3 mins or until the tea comes to a boil on medium flame.
  • Switch off the flame. Strain the tea with a Strainer into Tea Cups.
  • Serve hot Ginger Tea with Indian Snacks.
