  • 2 bunches coriander leaves / cilantro
  • 2 onions
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • pinch Asafoetida / hing hing
  • ½ tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ cup water

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash properly coriander 2-3 times in water.

  • Squeeze juice from lemon and remove the seeds from juice.

  • For making Green Chutney Recipe, take a Stand Blender or Mixi Jar and add coriander, onions, green chillies.
