Ingredients
  

  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 2 licorice / mulethi
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Fennel (Saunf)  
  • 1 inch ginger
  • few tulsi leaves
  • ½ cinnamon

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Slightly crush all ingredients except the honey in a Mortar Pestle.
  • Now, add water in a Saucepan and add the crushed ingredients in it.
  • Bring it to a boil and then simmer over low heat until it reduces to half of its volume.
  • Switch off the heat and add honey in it. Mix well.
  • Strain the Kadha through a Sieve and serve warm.
