  • 1 cup paneer / cottage cheese
  • 1 cup yogurt / dahi / curd
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt and pepper
  • Skewers if grilling

  • 1/2 capsicum / bell peppers chopped in cubes
  • 1/2 red bell pepper chopped in cubes

  • In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, almond flour, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add the cubed paneer to the marinade, making sure all the pieces are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
