Ingredients
  

  • mint leaves
  • 1 soda water
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 slice lemon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions
 

Method

  • Add mint leaves, ginger, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and sugar in a Blender and blend to a smooth paste.
  • Now, drop a 1 tbsp of prepared mint masala paste to a Serving Glass.
  • Then, add few ice cubes, few mint leaves and 2 slices of lemon.
  • At the end, pour in 1 glass of chilled soda and mix well.
  • Serve chilled Nimbu Masala Soda immediately.

  • Soda: You can pick and choose any chilled soda to prepare this Recipe.
  • Adding Sugar: You can choose any type of sugar like brown sugar, granulated sugar, caster sugar etc or completely avoid it in case you don’t want it to be sweet.
  • Roasted Cumin Powder: If you don’t have roasted cumin powder then roast it by yourself by adding some handful of cumin seeds on hot tawa and dry roast them on medium heat. Let them roast properly and switch off the flame when seeds turn golden brown. Do not burn them. Now, let it cool down and grind them in a Grinder or you can grind them with the help of a Rolling Pin.
