Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup suji / rava / semolina rava
  • 1/2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 1 green chillies chopped
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking Preparation:

  • Grate the coconut and chop the green chili, ginger, and coriander leaves
  • Thinly slice the onions
  • In a mixing bowl, mix the semolina, grated coconut, baking soda, salt, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of oil
  • Add 3/4 cup of water and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency
