Ingredients
  

  • 500 g paneer / cottage cheese cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 2 spring onion chopped

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking prep steps

  • Cut the paneer into cubes and set aside. (5 minutes)
  • In a small bowl, mix together the Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, red chili paste, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, and salt. (5 minutes)
  • Chop the green onions and set aside. (5 minutes)

Cooking steps

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Once the oil is hot, add the cubed paneer and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the prepared sauce mixture and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the fried paneer back into the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
  • Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately. (10 minutes)
