Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams paneer / cottage cheese cubed
  • 2 cups capsicum / bell peppers red, yellow, green
  • 2 cups Tomato
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch ginger minced
  • 2 green chillies minced
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking Prep Steps (with time)

  • Cube the paneer and set aside. (5 minutes)
  • Dice the bell peppers, tomatoes, and set aside. (10 minutes)
  • Mince the garlic, ginger, and green chilies and set aside. (5 minutes)

Cooking Steps (with time)

  • In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. (2 minutes)
  • Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies and sauté for a minute. (1 minute)
  • Add diced bell peppers, tomatoes, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. (3 minutes)
  • Add tomato puree, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. (7 minutes)
  • Add the cubed paneer and toss gently to coat the paneer with the sauce. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the paneer is heated through. (3 minutes)
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti. (2 minutes)
