Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder /saunth
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp aamchur / dry mango powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • If you do not have powdered sugar, then blend normal white sugar to a powdered form.

Method

  • Add coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder in a Mixing Bowl and mix well.
  • Now, add salt, corn flour, dry mango powder, onion powder and powdered sugar.
  • Mix all masalas very well with each other.
  • Transfer it to an Airtight Container. Your Homemade Maggi Masala Powder is ready!
