Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rajma
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 2 green chilli pepper minced
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 2 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the red kidney beans and soak them in water for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  • Drain the water and rinse the beans again.
  • In the Instant Pot, add the kidney beans, water, garlic, ginger, and green chili pepper.

  • Set the Instant Pot to manual mode and cook for 20 minutes with the pressure valve sealed.
  • Once done, release the pressure manually and open the Instant Pot.
