Ingredients
  

  • ¼ watermelon
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt / dahi / curd
  • Salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 3 mint leaves

Preparation

  • Cut watermelon melon in cubes and remove the seeds.
  • Freeze watermelon cubes for 30 minutes in a refrigerator to give more cooling effect.
  • If you are taking Greek yogurt, then add ¼ cup water to make it slightly thin.
  • Roughly chop mint leaves.
  • Roughly crush ice cubes and keep it back in freezer.

Cooking

  • Take watermelon cubes from fridge.
  • Blend the cubes in the yogurt with the help of a Blender.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer in serving glasses.
  • Add crushed ice on top of the drink and garnish Watermelon Lassi with mint leaves.
  • Yippee! Your Watermelon Lassi is ready to enjoy.
