Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg potatoes
  • 4 egg
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • ¼ cup pickles
  • ¼ cup chives

For Garnishing

  • basil
  • lettuce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1 inch pieces and boil them until cooked completely. Let them cool.
  • Wash and finely chop onion, pickles, basil leaves and chives. You can also choose any other herb of your choice in place of basil leaves.
  • Hard boil eggs completely and put them in cold water to stop further cooking.

Cooking

  • Chop boiled eggs into small pieces.
  • Take a Mixing Bowl and add boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, onion, dijon mustard, pickles, lemon juice and paprika powder. Stir until well combined.
  • Now, add boiled chopped eggs and chives, then season with salt and black pepper powder. Mix gently with the salad.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, to serve chilled.
  • Serve your Potato Salad over butterhead lettuce and sprinkle chopped basil leaves.
