Ingredients
  

  • 6 potatoes
  • ¼ tsp olive oil
  • 10 french beans
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ¼ tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley
  • capsicum / bell peppers
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash and finely chop french beans, potatoes, bell pepper and carrot.
  • Peel green peas and wash them also.
  • Wash parsley leaves. Alternatively, you could use basil leaves or cilantro or a stick of celery

Cooking

  • Boil potatoes, carrot, french beans and peas in a Pan. Cook for 20 minutes or until all veggies cooked properly.
  • Drain all the water and let the veggies cool down slightly.
  • Add all boiled veggies and chopped bell pepper in a Mixing Bowl. Then, add salt, white vinegar, olive oil and black pepper in the Mixing Bowl.
  • Now, add mayonnaise and stir well until salad is evenly coated.
  • Easy Peasy! Your Russian Salad is ready to serve.

  • Choice of Veggies: The above-mentioned veggies are the most common veggies used to prepare Russian Salad, however you can add more as per your preference.
