  • 4 capsicum / bell peppers bell peppers, assorted colors
  • 200 g paneer / cottage cheese crumbled
  • 2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
