Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 12 shrimp / prawns deveined and cleaned
  • 2 tbsp butter, salted
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ¼ cup coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients to avoid last minute rush.
  • Devein and clean all Prawns.
  • Wash and finely chop fresh coriander leaves, ginger and garlic cloves.
  • Melt butter or keep out of fridge while you are preparing for the recipe.

Cooking

  • Add yogurt, chopped ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice to a Mixing Bowl and mix well.
  • Let prawns marinade for 2 hours or at least 45 minutes.
  • Once prawns are marinaded, skewer the prawns and brush them with melted butter.
  • Place them in Airfryer at 180°C for 12 - 15 minutes. Check once at 6-7 minutes and brush prawns again at that time.
  • If you are cooking prawns over gas stove, then after Step 3 place them in Grill Pan over the gas stove and cover them with a lid. Check in between every 4-5 minutes and brush melted butter.
  • Once they are cooked properly, transfer them to Serving Tray and brush melted butter once again.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with your choice of chutney and fresh onion rings.
