  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala optional
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro chopped (for garnishing)

Optional Additions:

  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
