Nutrition in Aloo Tikki Burger

While Aloo Tikki Burger can be a delicious and satisfying treat, it is not the healthiest option due to the deep-fried Aloo Tikki patty and the use of white flour buns. A single serving of this dish can contain upwards of 400-500 calories, with a high amount of carbohydrates, fat, and sodium. It is best enjoyed in moderation and as a treat, rather than a daily staple.
