Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups paneer / cottage cheese
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1- inch ginger minced
  • 2 Tomato finely chopped
  • 2 green capsicum / bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • coriander leaves / cilantro chopped, for garnish

Pre-Cooking prep steps

  • Cut the paneer cheese into small cubes, and keep it aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onions, garlic, and ginger and sauté until the onions are translucent.

  • Add the tomatoes and stir well.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes.
