Step by Step Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 egg
- 1 tbsp water
- cheese optional
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preparation
- Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
- Prepare eggs by breaking them into a Bowl and add tbsp of water or milk, salt and black pepper powder.
- Beat eggs with the help of a Whisk or a Fork and make a pouring batter.
- If you like to add cheese to eggs, then prepare it by shredding or crumbled it quickly so that you can use it immediately while cooking eggs.
Cooking
- Heat oil or butter in a Skillet or Frying Pan on low to medium flame.
- Pour the eggs batter into the skillet. Keep the heat on medium low, as once you pour the eggs in they will begin to cook immediately.
- Using a Spatula, begin to pull the cooked outer edges in towards the center of the eggs. Uncooked eggs will float the area you just pulled back. If you are adding cheese, now is the time to sprinkle it into the skillet. This will allow ample time for the cheese to melt and integrate into the eggs.
- Move the Spatula around the edge of the skillet, pulling the cooked edges towards the center and re-floating repeatedly. Cooked scrambled eggs will gather in the center of the skillet.
- At a certain point, floating will stop and egg batter will be cooked completely.
- Begin breaking up the scramble; and make sure that all surfaces cook evenly. Do not overcook eggs or make them brown.
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
