Ingredients
  

For Chicken Patty

  • 2 Chicken Breast / boneless chicken
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 capsicum / bell peppers
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp coriander stems
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • oil

For Stuffing

  • 1 cup cheese
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ tsp bread crumbs
  • For Coating
  • water
  • bread crumbs

Other Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp butter, salted
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ capsicum / bell peppers
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 to Tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • lettuce
  • 2 cheese slices

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients to avoid last minute rush.
  • Wash and finely chop green chillies, onion, garlic, ginger, capsicum and coriander stems for Chicken Patty.
  • Mince nicely chicken breasts in an Electric Choppper.
  • Slice onion, tomato, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper and cucumber for assembling burger.

Cooking

    For Marinating Chicken

    • In a Mixing Bowl, add chopped veggies for Chicken Patty, minced chicken and mix gently.
    • Now, add salt, red chilli powder, dried oregano, black pepper powder, mayonnaise and 2 tbsp oil in the same Mixing Bowl and mix everything well.
    • Keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes (for marination).

    For Stuffing

    • In a Bowl, mix cheese, green chillies, bread crumbs and mix everything properly.
    • Keep aside for further use.

    For Chicken Burger Patty

    • Now apply some water on your hands and take a portion of the marinated mixture and spread it a little in your hand, then add a generous amount of stuffing in the center.
    • Close it up and give it a patty shape.
    • Then gently roll Patty in the bread crumbs, keep aside and repeat for the rest of the mixture.
    • Heat oil in a Frying Pan on medium heat. Now, place the Patties in the hot oil and shallow fry them until golden brown and crisp from both sides.
    • Remove on kitchen towel and keep aside.

    For Toasting Burger Bun

    • In a pan heat butter over medium flame.
    • Now, toast both half of the burger buns until golden brown and crisp.

    For Assembling the Chicken Burger

    • Apply mustard sauce to the toasted buns and place lettuce leaves on the bottom part of the bun.
    • Now, place the chicken patty on it and add sliced onions, tomato and cucumber.
    • Then, add some mayonnaise, cheese slice and place the top of the bun and secure it with a wooden skewer.
    • Serve Chicken Burger immediately!

    • Oil: Use any neutral tasting oil. I have used olive oil here.
