Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchini
  • ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • ¼ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Collect all ingredients.
  • Wash and roughly chop basil leaves.
  • Wash and slice zucchinis into thick strips.

Cooking

  • Take a mixing bowl and add black pepper powder, salt, lemon zest, olive oil, red pepper flakes and dried basil leaves. Mix well.
  • Brush the mixture to each zucchini slice both sides.

  • Once grill is hot enough, carefully use tongs to rub an oiled paper towel over grates to prepare it for zucchinis.
  • Place zucchinis on grill with the help of Tongs. Cover and cook for 2- 3 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on high at 2-3 more minutes.
  • When zucchinis become tender, remove from heat and garnish with basil leaves and some more red pepper flakes.
  • Hurray! Your Grilled Zucchini is ready to serve!
