  • 1 Onions finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 2 green chilli pepper minced
  • 2 Tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp ghee / clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro

Instructions
 

  • In the Instant Pot, heat oil or ghee and add the onions. Sauté until golden brown.
