Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp fish fry masala
  • ¼ tsp Asafoetida / hing
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Spices and seasonings

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute.
  • Wash and chop 3 fish fillets. Keep aside.
  • For fish fry seasoning, take a bowl and add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fish fry masala, asafoetida, roasted cumin powder, favorite seasoning and oil. Mix everything very well.
  • Apply this prepared masala on chopped fish pieces.
  • Let them rest for half an hour.
  • In the meantime, chop 2 onions in rings for the recipe.

  • After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan over medium to high flame and transfer fish pieces in it.
