  • 3 Tomato pureed
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger minced
  • 2-3 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

Pre-Cooking Preparation:

  • Cut the paneer into cubes of desired size.
  • Puree the tomatoes in a blender or food processor.
  • Chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies.
  • Mix the coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder together in a small bowl.

Cooking Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns soft and translucent.
  • Add the tomato puree to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the puree thickens.

  • Add the paneer cubes to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is coated with the spicy tomato sauce.
