Ingredients
  

For Bhaja Masala

  • 2 Green cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp Fennel (Saunf)  

For Jhalmuri

  • 1 cup puffed rice / murmura / churumuri
  • 1 tbsp white peas
  • 1 tbsp black chickpeas
  • 1 Potatoes boiled & chopped
  • 2 tbsp chana jor garam
  • 2 tbsp Sev or mixture
  • 1 green chillies fresh
  • 2 tbsp Onions
  • 2 tbsp tomato
  • 1 tsp bhaja masala
  • 2 tbsp Oil from pickle
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Assemble all ingredients together to avoid last minute rush.
  • Boil white peas, black chickpeas and potato. Finely chop boiled potato.
  • Finely chop onion, tomato, fresh coconut and green chilli.

Cooking

    For Bhaja Masala

    • For making Bhaja Masala, take a Frying Pan or Skillet, add all the ingredients in it.
    • Dry roast all the ingredients until fragrant.
    • Let it cool down and grind it into a fine powder in a Grinder.

    For Jhalmuri

    • Mix all the ingredients one by one in a Mixing Bowl.
    • Serve Jhalmuri immediately.
