This makes it a perfect snack option for those following the ketogenic diet.

What is the filling used in Keto Samosa?

The filling used in Keto Samosas can vary but it is usually made with vegetables like cauliflower, carrots, green beans, and spices. Some recipes also call for protein sources like chicken or lamb, to make it a more filling and nutritious snack. The filling is carefully seasoned and cooked until it’s bursting with flavor.

Can Keto Samosas be fried or baked?

Both options are possible. Some people prefer to fry their Keto Samosas for a crispy texture, while others choose to bake them for a healthier option. Baking Keto Samosas results in a crisp exterior and a soft, tender interior.

What are the key ingredients in Keto Samosa dough?

The key ingredients in Keto Samosa dough are almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, olive oil, and spices. These ingredients work together to create a dough that is both low-carb and gluten-free. The result is a delicious and crispy crust that is perfect for holding the filling inside.

How long does it take to make Keto Samosas?

The preparation time for Keto Samosas depends on the recipe you’re using. On average, it takes about 30-45 minutes to make the dough, another 15-30 minutes to prepare the filling, and then another 15-20 minutes to assemble and cook the samosas.

How many Keto Samosas can I eat in one serving?
