Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups yogurt / dahi / curd
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black salt / rock salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves / cilantro
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Method
  • Add the curd, mint leaves, roasted cumin powder, salt and water in a Blender.
  • Blend together all ingredients till you get a smooth frothy consistency.
  • Pour in Serving Glasses and add few ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves or coriander leaves and serve immediately.
  • You can also chill prepared Buttermilk in the refrigerator and serve later.
